Department of Cooperative Economics and Management
The department of cooperative Economics and management is dedicated to the study, promotion, and development of cooperative organizations and other member-based enterprises. It proivde academic and practical training in cooperatie principles, management practices, economic theory, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on sustainable and inclusive development. The department equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to lead and manage cooperatives, credit unions, agricultural and consumer cooperatives, and other collective enterprises effectiely. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the department emphasizes the role of cooperation in socio-economic development, fostering community empowerment, self-reliance and ethical business practices
